By creating an account on 988wen, accessing any part of the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all players who access the 988wen platform regardless of how they access it – through a browser, a saved shortcut or any other means.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using the platform. PSL and T20 matches are settled on official DLS-adjusted results in the event of weather interruptions.

Slots: All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin is an independent event. The displayed RTP for each game reflects the long-run mathematical return over millions of spins and is not a per-session guarantee.

Fish Games: Fish shooting games involve a combination of skill and chance. Kill probabilities for each fish type are fixed within the game's programming. 988wen does not manipulate kill rates based on player activity.

• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee a return that exploits bonus structures

• Any form of collusion, match manipulation or insider knowledge in sports betting markets
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy any part of the 988wen platform

988wen uses automated monitoring to detect unusual patterns. If your account triggers a review, you may be asked to provide additional verification. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed permanently and relevant information may be shared with payment providers and other gaming platforms.

988wen may suspend or close an account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or use of funds obtained through illegal means

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's real-money balance will be held securely and returned if the investigation concludes that no breach occurred.
