Account Registration & Account

Go to 988wen.app and tap Register. Fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a password. Tick the 18+ confirmation checkbox and verify your number with the OTP sent by SMS. The whole process takes under two minutes. Registration is completely free and no deposit is required to create the account.

No. 988wen strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and suspended. If you believe you already have a 988wen account but cannot access it, use the forgot password flow or contact support via the footer email before registering again.

18 years old. You confirm your age by ticking the age checkbox at registration. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal, at which point your CNIC details are cross-checked. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 is closed immediately and the balance voided.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP arrives by SMS – usually within 30 seconds on Jazz, Zong, Telenor and Ufone. Enter the OTP, set a new password and log in. If you no longer have the registered SIM, contact support via the footer email with your full name and account details for manual verification.

CNIC verification is not required to register or make your first deposit. It becomes required before your first withdrawal. At that stage you confirm your CNIC details and the payment method used. This is a standard Know Your Customer step on all gaming platforms and is required before any real-money withdrawal is processed.

Deposits Deposits & Payments

988wen accepts JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (Pakistan's instant inter-bank transfer), bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved PKR mobile wallets. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied. The available methods are listed in full on the Deposit page.

The minimum first deposit is PKR 100. There is no standard maximum for a regular account. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are instant – the amount appears on your 988wen balance within seconds of the transaction completing on the JazzCash or Easypaisa side.

Wait five minutes – occasional minor delays happen at peak times. If the balance has still not updated after five minutes, check your 988wen transaction history to see if it shows as pending. If nothing appears there, contact support via the footer email with your JazzCash transaction reference number, the amount, and the time of the transfer. The support team can trace it and credit the balance manually if the payment is confirmed on the JazzCash side.

No. 988wen requires that the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals matches the account holder's own identity. Depositing from another person's JazzCash or Easypaisa account will cause a mismatch during withdrawal verification and can result in the withdrawal being held until the discrepancy is resolved. Always use your own registered payment accounts.

Withdrawals Withdrawals

JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 10 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals usually settle the same business day. Processing times may be slightly longer during very high volume periods such as PSL finals or major Pakistan cricket series. Your withdrawal status is visible in account transaction history.

The three most common reasons: your CNIC verification has not been completed for the first withdrawal; the name on your 988wen account does not exactly match the name on the JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet; or there is an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement and your balance includes bonus funds. Check your account verification status and transaction history for a status note. If still unclear, contact support via the footer email.

Yes, there is a minimum withdrawal amount in PKR. The current minimum is listed on the withdrawal page in your account dashboard after login. The minimum exists because very small withdrawals have a disproportionate processing cost. If your real-money balance is below the minimum, continue playing until the balance reaches the threshold or contact support to discuss options.

Betting Cricket Betting & Sports

988wen covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral Pakistan series, ICC tournaments and major international matches. Available markets include match winner, top run scorer, top wicket taker, first wicket method, total runs in the powerplay, man of the match and a range of in-play live betting markets that update between overs.

For a match that is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a result under the relevant playing conditions, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance. For matches where a D/L result is reached, settled bets stand. In-play bets settled before abandonment remain settled. Yes. In-play betting on PSL and other featured T20 matches is available on 988wen. Markets close briefly between overs and reopen when the next ball is bowled. The available live markets and real-time odds are shown on the sports betting page after you log in. A live score tracker is displayed alongside the betting interface for featured matches.

Yes, both. Football betting covers major international fixtures and club competitions. Esports betting covers CS2, Dota 2 and mobile titles popular among Pakistan players. All bets are placed and settled in PKR. The full sports lobby is visible after login on the Sports page.

Yes. Fish game outcomes on 988wen are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The probability of catching each fish type is fixed in the game's configuration table – it does not change based on your previous catches or session history. 988wen bingo rooms use certified RNG number draws. Each room has a fixed ticket price in PKR and a stated jackpot structure. Progressive jackpots accumulate between games and are displayed in real time on the bingo lobby. You can buy multiple cards per game to increase your coverage. Bonuses Bonuses & Promotions

New 988wen accounts are eligible for a welcome offer on their first deposit. The offer is visible in the promotions section of your account dashboard after registration. The exact bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit and wagering requirements vary by the current promotion. Standard terms: bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real-money PKR.

A wagering requirement means that before bonus funds (and winnings from them) can be withdrawn, you must place real-money bets totalling a multiple of the bonus amount. For example: a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before those winnings are released as withdrawable real money. The promotions page shows the wagering multiplier and which games count towards clearing it.

Yes. All bonuses on 988wen have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit depending on the promotion. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry window, the bonus funds and any winnings from them are removed from the balance. Real-money funds already in your account are not affected by bonus expiry. Check the promotions dashboard for expiry timers on active bonuses.

Security Account Security

All data transmitted between your device and 988wen is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Login alerts can be enabled to notify you by SMS whenever your account is accessed. Two-factor authentication via mobile OTP is available in account security settings for an additional layer of protection.

No. 988wen will never ask for your full password, your JazzCash PIN or your Easypaisa PIN via any channel including SMS, chat, email or phone call. Any message claiming to be from 988wen and requesting these details is fraudulent. Do not respond and do not click any links in the message. Contact support via the footer email to report it.

Responsible Gaming Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to account settings and open the Responsible Gaming section. Choose a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. The limit applies immediately across all payment methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a mandatory cooling-off period before the higher cap activates – this is by design to prevent impulsive increases in the moment.

Self-exclusion locks your 988wen account for a period you choose: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or permanently. Once confirmed, the exclusion takes effect immediately – no support request is required. You cannot log in, deposit or place bets during the exclusion. Marketing communications also stop immediately. Yes. For a temporary break use the cooling-off feature (1 to 6 weeks) or self-exclusion (up to permanent). For a permanent account closure, activate permanent self-exclusion from account settings and contact support via the footer email to request a final balance withdrawal before the closure takes effect. 988wen will not reactivate a permanently closed account.
